Did anyone else encounter the error on the photo? I tried to authenticate the paddle I bought directly from Selkirk website, but I keep on encountering the issue.
With all the success of the Bread and Butter Loco, does anyone know whether Bread and Butter has plans to come out with a more long-lasting grit surface, like what Honolulu, Selkirk, Spartus, and 11SIX24 are doing? The reason I’m asking is that if Bread and Butter is heading that direction, I’d probably hold off on buying one of the other long-lasting grit paddles and just wait for them to catch up. Does that make sense?

Hey guys, anyone tried removing their clamps on their Selkirk Boomstik? I removed my MOI CLAMPS and replaced it with Selkirk Weight Tapes, got to admit that it does feel very good in the hands but it just doesn’t hit right, idk if it’s me but I had another friend that tried it out, he said the same thing as well. Any kind soul here mind sharing their set up for their Selkirk Boomstik without MOI clamps? Much appreciated.
I'm guessing the ball will be slower, bounce will decrease, and ball will deform quickly? This accurate and anything else I should in mind?

I'm thinking of getting a Boomstik on Facebook marketplace. The paddle looks barely used, but I'm worried that the edge guard might become loose in the future. At that point I can't get a replacement for it through warranty. For people who have a Boomstik, did you edge guard ever get loose? I heard Selkirk originally had this problem in their first batch, but then they fix it in later versions. I don't know if that's true though.

I got to demo this paddle last night after seeing every bro-bro at my local court with it. Immediately I noticed how stupidly powerful paddle this is. And that is coming from someone who had the illegal joola paddles, (mod TA) the gearbox power pro, etc. this one hit harder than all of them. TLDR: * Raw carbon fiber is the worst. * Infinigrit (Selkirk) is better, but not as good as the newer surfaces. * Hexgrit (11six24), Permagrit (Spartus), and Diamond Tough (Six Zero) are the best, and perform around the same level. Just got the MPP Turbo. Can't wait to hit with it and feel the similarities and differences between these. Also waiting on the speedup Tide. I sent my Selkirk Luxx Control S2 for replacement due to dead spots. I was not getting any updates so I called a couple of times and they said they are waiting for my paddle to be shipped from their BC location to their US location. Just now I got a FedEx email saying I’m getting a shipment this week from Selkirk. But I received not emails from Selkirk(checked junk) confirming they approved my claim. Does this mean my original paddle is being sent back and they declined my claim?
