Experiences with Joola's [Franklin X-40 imitation] HC-40 ball

My club, which has a deal with Joola, switched from the Joola Primo to the HC-40. IMO it does a good job playing like an X-40. Feels more consistent than the Primo. I think it's a little less neon-colored / slightly more yellow than an X-40, though it's a nice bright yellow. Any other thoughts / experiences with this ball? I've never played with it outdoors so curious what others' experiences have been like in other environments.

Fun Rec Points: Nick Kyrgios Vulcan Paddle vs JOOLA Pro V Kosmos

Clipped a couple fun points from rec play last night with the CAPA crew. I was playing with the Vulcan CHPT 01 Nick Kyrgios paddle (white long sleeve), which I don’t think many people have gotten court time with yet since it’s still in pre-order. Baby Will (maroon hoodie) was using the JOOLA Pro V Kosmos, so it turned into a bit of a paddle matchup. These just arrived from Joola today. My current paddle is the Joola Perseus 4 Pro, and an Aliexpress clone. Can't wait to try these out.

Joola Customer Support

I keep hearing about bad experiences with Joola’s customer support, but they filed my claim and provided a replacement in 2-weeks. Not sure what everyone else’s expectations are, but I think this is fairly reasonable. First Games with the New JOOLA Pro V (Perseus & Kosmos) - Fun Rec Point

Clipped this point from rec play last night after getting some games in with the new JOOLA Pro V paddles (Perseus and Kosmos). I'm usually pretty skeptical of new paddles with big price tags ($300 😅), but my early impressions were surprisingly good. They felt very solid - good pop when speeding things up, but still plenty of touch for dinks and resets. Curious if anyone else has hit with the Pro V's yet. What were your first impressions?
