• Interfere with the operation of our website or its infrastructure
• Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or misleading content
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits or abuse features

Affiliate Links & Pricing

Pickleball Portal contains affiliate links. When you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is clearly disclosed and never influences our editorial judgment.

Price data accuracy: We track prices from third-party retailers and update them regularly (approximately every 6 hours). However, prices may change between updates. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before purchasing.

Portal Score

The Portal Score is our proprietary composite rating system for pickleball paddles. It is an editorial opinion based on our methodology and should not be construed as a guarantee of quality or performance. The exact algorithm is proprietary. Portal Scores cannot be purchased or influenced by brands.

User-Generated Content

By submitting content to Pickleball Portal (including memes, comments, reviews, or other materials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on our platform and marketing materials.

You agree that your user-generated content will not:

• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contain defamatory, abusive, or hateful content
• Include misleading or fraudulent information
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or refuse any user-generated content at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on Pickleball Portal — including articles, reviews, the Portal Score system, design elements, logos, and software — is the property of Pickleball Empire LLC or our contributors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Our contributors retain copyright of their original work while granting us a license to publish and distribute it.

Accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Pickleball Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our content, ratings, or pricing data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickleball Empire LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

Changes to These Terms
